•   Tape it in place.

•   Do the same with two more pieces of garden wire.

•   It's a good idea to make all the pieces cross in the middle.

•   Bend all the pieces of garden wire out at the bottom.

•   Stick the corrugated card shapes on top, like this.

•   Finish it off with two sequin eyes.
