• Start by turning the plastic bowl upside down. It's a good idea to sit it on top of another bowl or pot, so that you can easily turn it round as you add the different layers• Next, spread a layer of PVA glue all over the top and sides of the bowl. • Tear or cut out some fish shapes in silver or gold paper, and place them on the bowl with the shiny side facing downwards. • Then take some green paper pieces, cut into the shape of weeds, and place them down too. • Now take some pieces of tissue paper in green and blue and stick them all over the top. Pop more layers of PVA glue over them.
