• First of all, you'll need a large bowl filled with ice cubes. • You'll also need a glass which you fill with two tablespoons of double cream four tablespoons of milk and two tablespoons of sweetened chocolate powder - the kind you use to make chocolatey drinks! • Give it all a good stir. Now bury the glass in the middle of the bowl filled with ice. • Pour some salt onto the ice cubes and listen out for the crackling sound! Be careful not to spill any salt in the ice cream! • Put a clean, damp tea towel over the bowl and leave it for a couple of hours.
