Can you beat Fearne's studio time of 39 seconds on this 1 Minute Finger Tip?
All you'll need is a single piece of paper which is coloured on one side and white on the other, and a pair of scissors.
If you can't find that kind of paper, just stick a coloured sheet back to back with a white one!
So - start the clock and begin by folding in half, like this.
| |
Then fold in half again.
Open out that fold, and make two slits in the centre with the scissors, right up to the crease, as you can see opposite.
| |
Now open the whole thing out...
...and make another slit at one side of the two previous ones, like this.
| |
Fold the resulting strip underneath...
..and back over itself.
| |
Now fold up in two stages.
First underneath like this...
...then like this...
| |
...then pop some tape on that loose strip of paper...
...and stop the clock!
| |
You've made an Inside Outside Card, which opens in many ways.
This is the outside of the card.
| |
Open out the folds, and you have a bit of the outside and a bit of the inside.
Fold again and you have the inside!
