You'll love this Fun Finger Tip.
It's called Balloony Boogie has all the skill and balance of riding real waves - except you don't get wet at all!
It's brilliant fun and all you'll need are balloons, a tray and some cardboard!
| |
The tray balances your weight evenly across the surface area of the balloons, which means that the balloons won't burst!
To make the board, find a piece of cardboard that's big enough to fit a kitchen tray onto.
Draw around the tray and then cut the cardboard into a surfboard shape.
| |
For footholds, cut out two ruler length pieces of card.
Stick them in place, within the shape of the tray that you marked on earlier.
This is the area that will hold your weight.
| |
Now you can paint the board.
Check out surf magazines or the web for ideas.
This board even has grippy foot markers cut from thin washing up spongy cloths, stuck into place!
| |
Blow up four balloons, put them on the floor and balance the tray on top.
Lie the board on top, and get a friend to help you balance.
| |
See how long you can stay on without wiping out!
