Who thinks up all the ideas?

We have a great team of researchers behind us who come up with loads of brilliant ideas and we'll chip in with suggestions of our own as well.

Have the 1 Minute Finger Tips rehearsals ever gone over a minute?

Occasionally, yes! Mostly because we try to put each other off!

What's the funniest thing that's happened?

Too many! Watch out for a compilation of the funniest bits!

Where do you buy the materials from?

Most of the art materials we buy from local art and craft shops who are always very helpful (probably because we order so much!)

Who is best at makes?

We both have our moments! I'd say we're equally as good as each other!

How many shows have been made?

Including the 5 specials there have been a total of 58 shows!

How long does it take to make the show?

Two shows takes about about a day to record, that's if everything goes smoothly.

Is the show on air in other countries?

Yes - so far the list includes France, Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, Africa, Greece, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and Canada!

Will the website be translated into my language?

No - unless it is commissioned by the TV Channel in that particular country.

Can you help with where to find materials or alternatives?

No, but your local craft shop should be able to help with alternatives or ask a grown up to help you try the internet.

Can you design special makes for me?

No. The shows are all pre-recorded and the production team are no longer available to help.

Can you tell me what is on a show aired in my particular country on a set day?

No, once the programme has been bought by a TV Channel they decide when to transmit what and we have no knowledge or control over that.

How do I add an image to the Your Makes gallery?

You need to make sure the image is in a form called JPEG or JPG, this is the most common format for a picture from a digital camera. Make sure the image you add to the gallery isn't more than 3MB in size. Make sure you are registered on the Finger Tips website and are logged in before trying to submit an image.
